I personally believe that blog has much advantage than forums. A blog give us the facility of creating my own web page which can have as many articles I like. I can change the template when ever I wish..

Hi ! onu, I understand that you want to start your own forum. But remember one important thing that creating awareness about your forum to the common masses is not an easy task but not impossible. What you can do is just follow some SEM strategy this might help..

Why not see if you can incorporate both idea's into your business model. 1) Professional quality pictures 2) Photo booth efficiency. Rather than renting a premises (OHD's are huge nowadays) why not see if creating a 'Studio Van' would work. Buy a nice van with posh artwork on the outside, covert it into a studio in the back and set up a laptop work station from the front passenger side. You can then go to your clients office, he / she runs out to your van, poses for photo and then runs back to their office to keep working. You can then spend a few minutes doing your thing on the laptop, burn the CD and then give it to them and then move onto your next client. No setting up a mobile studio in their office. No need for them to come to you. No expensive rent, which is dead money. OK fuel is a bit expensive, but you build that part into your pricing structure.

Start by figuring out your profit margin, and what startup costs would be. Remember, you have to make money at low volume, which can be hard for small buisnesses..
