Debt Consolidation Care

do you have another name other than debt consolidation care such as, worldwide asset purchasing. if you do, I have questions about debt, which I found listed on my credit record. it is owed by my sister and brother in-law. i wondered why it shows on my credit record. how can i solve the problem?

Well, I thought I would just give a brief update on our situation. We did file Chapter 7, and our creditor/trustee meeting is scheduled for August 21st. The relief from the constant phone calls has been very welcome! Now for the whining . . . Today my husband lost his job. Since I am currently unemployed also, that means that our only income is from his construction work that he has continued to do on the side. Since relying on that as his only source of income is part of what got us into the mess we are currently in, it's pretty doubtful that we will be able to survive on that for long (since it wasn't even enough when the construction industry was booming, which it definitely is not now). Jobs are hard to come by in our area since a large part of our population worked in either the real estate or the construction industries--and now they're all looking for jobs too. I've worked occasional part-time or work from home jobs, but for the most part I've stayed home with my kids ...

this is on my credit report and i cant find anything as to where they are...it was a debt of 112.00 in florida some time ago..does anyone know where or how to find them..thanks

Can anyone help me? I'm trying to see court cases in Franklin County Ohio? How can I do that? I'm thinking if National is not bluffing then there should be some of cases listed wouldn't you think? Thanks Reny

Regarding the HELOC i have 150k on. I remember reading somewhere that some companies instead of foreclosing on the house are writing off the HELOC, and instead just putting the balance of the HELOC on the house as a lien when you sell it. So basically when I sell the house, they'd take 150k from what I get. Is this true? Thanks.

I have a debt from capital one that is a little less that 1000 dollars that was charged off a couple years ago. The account is not showing as being sold on my report so I assume they still own it. This account is 2 years overdue and I am concerned about it hurting my allready abtetred credit score if I pay it off. Has anyone had any success in getting capital one to remove negative entries from credit report after paying the full amount owed on a chrage off?

Does anyone know CuraDebt out of San Diego, CA? I have a friend who told me they had a working relationship with James Lombardo and AFL. This person tells me their actual call center is in Medellin Colombia and that their owner Eric Pemper is no better than James Lombardo, it seems this company has lost some money from trust accounts they once st up for clients. Any info on this company, their BBB rating seems clen.

Okay so after having a pile of bills and debt stacking up I have decided to do a debt settlement process. I have researched and found what I think is a good one. Compass Credit Services or AKA Global Client Services. Does anyone know about this group?

I have decided that debt settlement is the way for me. How do I find out which companies are legit? I went to BBB and Dandamp;B and they want money for a report on a buisness. I just want to know if somewhere there is a list of who to trust. Has anyone dealt with andquot;Topaz Financialandquot;? Or how about andquot;Credit Solutionsandquot;? I have an old old old (5/1/96) car loan with Pacific One Dealer Center that is still showing on my Experian credit report. No big deal, it states under Payment Status andquot;Paid Satisfactorilyandquot; so I've not disputed it. But now I notice that under Account Type it says andquot;Unknown-Credit Expension, Review, or Collectionandquot;. Is this a problem, should I dispute it for being over 7 years, or should I just leave it be?
